Subsequent 12 months unlimited support packages, phone, email and remote, can be purchased for only A$110.00 P.A. per license.
Ad-hoc support is charged at A$2.50 per minute – minimum $50.00 per call.

Paying customers will receive a tax invoice for the services, if the support ticket request include full company details and mailing address.
